Invoicing

After an auction has finished, invoices will be sent out via email to all buyers. If you have not receive an email but think that you should have please contact us, it’s a good idea to check your junk or spam folders, if you find your invoice there, be sure to mark APAA as a safe sender to ensureemails reach your inbox next time.

Payment arrangements must be made within 48 hours of the sale. Payments can be made via one of the following:

  • Credit Card payment within Australia
    EFTPOS
  • Bank Transfer – details on your invoice
  • Cash payments up to $10,000
  • Cheque (prior approval required by APAA)

Card fees are charged on Visa and Mastercard Gold, Platinum, Black or Diamond of 1.5%, no charge for debit cards; the Amex card surcharge is 2.25%

Overseas international Payments Are to be Made by International Bank Transfer unless otherwise Arranged with APAA with Approved ID prior to auction and Shipping

Overseas purchase import chargers are the responsibility of the buyer not APAA.

ID to be provided prior to shipping.

Buyers Premium

A buyers premium of 20 % (GST inclusive) will be added to the final hammer price and is applicable to all lots purchased.
